After travelling around Scandinavia I realised that smoked salmon didn't have to be wafer thin, slimy stuff like what you find in a supermarket. Since 2014 I've been creating smoked salmon that I love to eat myself. Infused with a range of different flavours that complement, but don't over-power the fish. I ordered a taster pack and communication/ delivery was first rate. Not knowing what to expect I was amazed by the difference in taste and will definitely be ordering again when I can make up my mind which to try next. Fantastic service and fantastic product

If salmon is ‘ the King of fish ‘ - I ordered sufficient for the Kings coronation day
I ordered two packs of salmon lovers bundles with free pâté (10 packs and 2 pâtés ) - will freeze it however one pâté has been enjoyed already - at least ordering 10 packs means that there should be some for 5th May - hopefully !

The Gin & Botanicals infused smoked Salmon was just delightful and the pate on some melba toast was gorgeous, its a good job we froze the other packs from the salmon lovers bundle as the flavours all sound very appealing!! We will be back for more!!
Very good salmon, expertly smoked, marinated and cut and I have now sampled three versions, afound them to excellent. I shall definitely order some more.
Well this was my 2nd purchase and genuinely won't be the last. The Pate was polished off in one serving (for lunch of course) and i'm currently working my way through this mixed selection to see which is my favourite. The honest truth is they are all stunningly unique and therefore i'll just keep purchasing the mixed range. Simply wonderful flavours.
