This smoked trout is absolutely delicious. Shared it with my daughter-in-law and she raved about it too. Can thoroughly recommend - (also the smoked salmon pate is the best I have tasted!),
Salmon and Trout are the only two fish I love to eat. Now made even better by buying from The Pished Fish Company. The texture is so smooth and meaty and so full of flavour.
Absolutely delicious and never tasted trout or salmon better than from Pished Fish. Would definitely recommend their products.
So for something a little different I ordered some “Little cousin Francois”
All I can say it was absolutely delicious. I made a wee salad with a light dressing, some crusty bread with real salted butter and then popped “Francois” on the side… heaven…..
