Loving my mystery bundle.... delivered quickly to Scotland....I know, it's like "coals to Newcastle" but having eaten a lot of smoked salmon in my time I am absolutely blown away by Pished Fish.

This salmon is unreal - it's so good that my very fussy cat tried to steal some from my partners plate!

What beautiful salmon this is. So got adventurous trying different things. One was a risotto with baby marrows and mushrooms and the other was a delicious baked potato with prawns and filled with salmon pate and topped with slivers of delicious pished fish salmon. Highly recommend!

I ordered a taster pack, and the delivery packaging was very professional and thoughtfully done. I first tried the Salmon Pâté with toasted bread for breakfast — it was a hit with the whole family! Then we tried the UNCLE SAM Roasted Salmon Fillet, and the flavour was a delightful surprise! We’re now really looking forward to trying all the different flavours of smoked salmon!

The Pished Fish smoked salmon Breakfast Bundle never fails to please. I don’t know how many I’ve eaten, all I do know is that they are totally delicious, specially with a little bit of finely chopped onion and capers. Yum!

Absolutely unbelievable flavour in this My Petit cousin Francois smoked trout. Subtle hues of aniseed from the pastis and fennel. Sublime 👌.

So much luscious deliciousness it’s difficult to choose which to have first!
We ate this one with the first of our new potatoes, home grown asparagus and griddled courgette salad. Oh and a splodge of the salmon pate for added decadence! Eaten outdoors with a glass of something special of course! Who needs abroad when you have all this?

The quality of these products way past my expectations.

The Margarita salmon is absolutely fabulous, and the combination of tequila, chilli and lime gives it a real kick. I think it is one of my favourite combinations of flavours, and I will definitely be ordering more very soon! I served the salmon on a bed of sweet gem lettuce and chicory leaves, with croutons and a basil, garlic and honey vinaigrette. On a day when temperatures were 30 degrees, it was the perfect meal!

The starter pack arrived quickly and chilled. This salmon literally melts in the mouth and is so flavoursome. The pâté too was delicious. So far I have used the salmon for breakfast with creamy scrambled egg on toast and also for dinner as a salmon nicoise. Both were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering again.
