Our first order. ‘ The full Monty’ - simply WOW. We had Cherry Woodsmoke & Juniper dressing wholemeal spaghetti; basil, feta cheese with a drizzle of lemon olive oil. Perfect. So tasty. We are ‘Hooked’
Lovely selection . Have eaten the Salmon Pate which is lovely and some of the smoked salmon . Soft and melt in the mouth will be ordering more
Sliced salmon,
fennel bulb thinly sliced ,
cream cheese with herb and chives, pkt rocket,
Pomegranate (optional )
lemon,
few red onion thin round slices.
Small rounds of cream cheese dolloped around the edge of plate.
Sliced fennel, rocket ,onion in a bowl squeeze lemon ,drizzle of olive oil. Toss together.
Pile in middle of plate.
Now take your fish and twist strips on top.
Quick squeeze of lemon just before service so salmon doesn't cook with the lemon Sprinkle with pomegranate
Delicious.
Served mine with black lentils and tenderstem broccoli. Fantastic flavour and very vivid on the plate
I eat a lot of salmon, but the Tikka Mango infused Gilltong salmon is something completely different . A unique taste, scrumptious. I had it on its own, and had it cut up into smaller pieces and sprinkled it with chives on my eggs before frying it slowly and covered.
I’m always searching for ways to spice up a lunch time meal. Looking for taste, simplicity and that wow factor. Here it is! Giant cous cous, Uncle Sam’s roasted salmon fillet with bourbon and honey, boiled egg and tomato salad. So filling and bursting with flavours. One fillet serves 2!
The pate is a firm favourite for us. Home made sourdough, pate and cucumber let's the pate take center stage. As always, brilliant service and seamless delivery. Thank you!
Ridiculously tasty - all of it completely faultless, best pate I’ve eaten in years, gilltong utterly delicious and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted, salmon was soft, moreish and the whole shabang made a wonderful birthday lunch for my mother, replete with home grown salad. Worth every penny will definitely be ordering more!

The pate was superb, rich and creamy with a hit if horseradish.

Yesterday's lunch Margherita flavour with home grown lettuce leaves and cucumber. Garnish with pickled turnip slices, capers, red onion and coleslaw. Fresh bread and butter
