Pate & Gilltong. Amazing light lunch with bread, crisps & lashings of pate dip ❤️. Fabulous quality. Not stuffed with fillers & padding. Pure gorgeousness. Gilltong novel & chewy & full of flavour - definitely will have that again.
Also bought smoked salmon - cut thick & infused - Perfect brunch with sourdough & scrambled eggs ❤️ completely different & addictive.

Pate was fantastic really creamy with a hint of horseradish enjoyed it in toasted sourdough. The Gilltong I was a little dubious at first but it tasted fantastic and am converted had it sprinkled on top of scrambled egg will definitely be buying both again.

Variety is the spice of life. So much different infusions to choose from and so many ways to do it but starting the day with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon is Always a good

Very versatile, i put it on a high protein bagels, with chilly philly and Pesto mozzarella, it was bursting flavour, absolutely delicious

Absolutely love everything that came in our park. The flavors are amazing. The smoked salmon patty and the gilltong went immediately and tonight we have just had some of the smoked salmon on Bellinis. We will definitely be ordering again xx

We ordered the pate and gilltong and Augustus gloop salmon. The pate is delicious, creamy and you can taste the hint of horseradish. Was a bit unsure about the Gilltong at first but have to say I am converted it was delicious. We had it sprinkled on top of scrambled eggs and was fantastic. We have yet to try the salmon but it looks great and looking forward to having it . Will definitely be ordering more and trying the different flavours.

An excellent selection of delicately flavoured smoked salmon , and a pot of delicious , creamy smoked salmon pate . Amazing difference having the salmon thick cut .

Look, I know I’m not going to win any awards for my ‘serving suggestion’ here, but when smoked salmon is this good, you don’t want to muck about with it. .. A thin bagel, the best cream cheese (I love Paysan Breton, available from most major retailers) and Pished Fish Old Fashioned. Who doesn’t love a wee nip of whiskey with their breakfast? I put it on a pretty plate to make up for my lack of imagination!

I also have to share a very amusing anecdote from a recent call with my credit card fraud centre in Bangalore. The poor young man was reeling off all my recent transactions but was utterly stumped when he got to ‘Pished Fish’. I can’t even begin to replicate the mangled pronounciation and in the end I had to get him to spell it out to me, before the penny dropped. I then tried (and failed) to explain the joke to him. Kept me chuckling all day…!

I have had a few orders from these guys now and have never been disappointed!! The flavours and texture of their smoked salmon is beyond compare and I would find it difficult to say which is my favourite as they are all equally outstanding?!! Possibly one of my favourite ways to eat them is in a wrap with mild blue cheese spread and a tiny amount of my home made habanero sauce and sliced baby tomatoes! Rolled up and sliced in sections, not only is it gloriously tasty but looks amazing too!!

Bought as a gift for husband, the best salmon he has ever had, he loved reading the guide with all the descriptions, really enjoyed the pate (free) and tried Gilltong for the first time and is still raving about how great everything was. Made Father’s Day extra special.

My first time trying the Margarita and also the Augustus Gloop. Enjoyed them both on toast with cottage cheese and cucumber. Lovely generous slices and was a real treat.
