To Make Tastier Smoked Salmon

Having spent some time working in and around Scandinavia I realised that smoked salmon didn't have to be wafer thin, slimy stuff like what you find in a supermarket. Since 2014 I've been creating smoked salmon that I love to eat myself. Infused with a range of different flavours that complement, but don't over-power the fish. Designed for you to add some pizazz to your pinics or brilliance to your brunches!
