Lucky dip selection
I used to have a proper job. Seriously. A chunk of my time was spent travelling around Scandinavia flogging medical equipment. Most important was the breakfast buffets in the hotels, and in one I discovered salmon cured with lingonberries and vodka. It was awesome, so here is our take on it. Blueberries and raspberry vodka give a fruity note, with the smoke taking a back seat on this one.
