Whisky and Orange Smoked Salmon With Sweet Potato & Salad
Here's a simple, filling recipe featuring some of our smoked salmon.
Roasted Sweet potatoes in their jackets.
Spinach and cucumber salad with sesame and orange dressing.
Crumbled feta with dill.
Slices of our Old Fashioned Cocktail smoked salmon layered on top. The old fashioned is infused with whisky, orange and maple syrup.
