What a superb selection of quality booze infused smoked salmon,this particular one has been infused with tequila ,coriander,chilli and lime zest,absolutely delicious but not overpowering 😋😋😋👌, The smocked salmon pate is too die for, because it’s so tasty 😋, as soon as I open the lid it’s gone 😄

Ordered the whiskey and horseradish salmon pate for Easter. Fantastic taste and didn’t last long once my husband discovered it. Will certainly order again.

Just had a lunchtime bagel with some smoked salmon pate from The Pished Fish. Just a squeeze of lemon and some salad leaves. Heaven. Great food. Do yourself a favour and try it.

Love the way this smoked salmon fluffs up and adds great flavour to this Crustless quiche packed with added vegetables - asparagus, cauliflower, with a base of celery and leeks.

This is a cracking product, the depth of flavour, degree of cure/smoke is perfect and thickness of slice is just right to appreciate the texture.
I’ve worked in the smoked salmon industry and standards are slipping as it becomes an every day supermarket commodity.
This is in a different class and oozes quality, we love it! Thank you for taking time to get it right.
Perfect with Irish wheaten bread and a Guinness or a Chablis.

My first ever order the starter pack with smoked salmon pate👌 I loved the thick cut smoked salmon which was absolutely delicious and very interesting flavours but not overpowering. I have to say that the smoked salmon pate was to die for 😋😋😋

Received as requested nicely chilled and wrapped, we had 14+ guests at our Emerald wedding anniversary and the salmon was very well received with lots of compliments. I kept the pate to myself and it was simply wonderful, it was not laid out and displayed as I would have liked, but simple and easy to serve.

No pic of gilltong as it didn't get further than a foot from the fridge door. I opened the pack, tried a piece and filled my face with it till it was gone, it was luscious! . I stashed the 2nd pack at the back of the fridge as I wasnt going to share it, "it's mine my precious all mine!"
Loved the salmon pate on a rice cracker with homemade Sauerkraut and caraway seed, yummers!! 😋

My Nonna never wore a Nightcap, and limoncello would have been anathema to her! But I am made of different stuff.
This salmon is very special. It melts on the tongue and is fresh and zingy. I served it with a salad of chopped lettuce, cucumber and golden kiwi, dressed with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Perfect!

Sent a taster pack to my Mother for Mother’s Day as a more practical and delicious gift compared to my usual flowers. She really loved it! She sent me pictures of her culinary creations including this lovely looking pasta!

Paddington Smoked Trout, Eric the Red and Pate! All excellent!

Saw them on FB one day and was in the mood to try some. It looked good in the pictures and when it came V Quickly and beautifully packed, I was delighted. So far I have ordered twice and recommended many times. Happy to wax lyrical about this. The picture is on crackers with cottage cream and dill sauce. Yummy. Thanks Mr Pished.
