On my second order from this wonderful supplier of salmon and treats; it has totally surpassed my expectations and I have added the amazing Gilltong to my meal plan snacks - outstanding produce. Photo is of my salmon brunch. Best smoked salmon I have ever tasted.
The guide is a fab publication, getting all the mouth-watering info on the fish out there, with a numerous twist. Lovely pics of the fish too.Yummy. so far only had the pate and the biltong which were both superb. The rest of the taster pack are in the freezer for now.
This salmon is like nothing I've tasted before. The texture is so soft and not chewy like cheaper salmon you can taste the process. I had mine with a salad and added a few extras. My son is also a huge fan
Ordered an introductory pack as had family visiting - the Designated Driver smoked salmon and the salmon pâté went down a treat. Delicate taste, not over-smoked, beautiful cuts. Working through the other flavours with enthusiasm! We’ll definitely be repeat offenders…
I bought a sample taster set and we couldn’t believe how tasty every pack was. We ate the whole pack in 2 meals between 2 of us and it was absolutely sensational
I am often sceptical when it is said that a product is better than you can get anywhere else.
My wife and I have just tasted the first of our three packs. Oh my goodness, this really is Smoked Salmon on a completely different scale. Absolutely delicious. To make this even greater this company is just about 10 minutes away from us in Polegate.
We are going to be very loyal customers from now on.

One of my very favourite Pished Fish salmon. The combination of rum, lime, ginger and demerara sugar is just to die for! I decided to to go full fish Monty, including oysters and prawn toast! Nothing beats the salmon though!!
Ordered the wonderful winter platter as an alternative for Valentine’s Day. Husband was WFH that day. I suggested we try a bit for lunch. 2 packs later….whoops! Absolutely delicious will definitely be ordering more.
I have used Pished Fish now for a number of months. There is nothing close in any of the supermarkets. The quality, taste and texture of each of their products is far superior to anything I have tried before and hence a continued repeat customer.
I have a favourite dish of salmon and scrambled eggs on Crumpets and it is sublime with Pished Fish salmon.
The gilltong is very yummy - dense and flavourful and a great accompaniment to the salmon pate on a sourdough cracker from Peter’s Yard!
Ordered the Valentine’s Day Special. It was absolutely spectacular. Erik was the red food of love!! The Classic was a “sweetie” for my gorgeous wife! The G&T was just for me!! I cooked a jacket potato with a knob of butter, some grated mature British cheddar cheese, plus rosemary and thyme! Delicious. Thank you James and the team at Pished Fish. You just keep getting better and better guys!
