Ho ho ho! We are looking forward to being of festive service to you this year! PLEASE order early! Our order books open on Sunday 1st December.
Please read on for some FAQs
Every order received from the 1st December onwards will be considered required to be eaten on Christmas Day and will have shelf life to last until at least the 25th December. Due to the shelf life of the products we will work very hard to produce enough to meet demand, and that will mean us juggling our production schedule around so some products may in fact only have shelf life until the 25th or 26th. (Please check product dates on arrival in case you want anything for a later date, it can all be frozen)
Orders received BEFORE the 1st December will be despatched as soon as they are made and will need to be frozen to have shelf life to last until Christmas.
We make everything fresh and don't keep product piled high on the shelves, so we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date as we have to juggle the production and delivery schedule around so much as it is.
Tracking your order:
As soon as we despatch your order you will receive confirmation with tracking information. It is also a good idea to download the DPD app. Through this you have many options on how/where your parcel gets delivered.
Can I send my order to multiple recipients?
Only 1 delivery address per order please. Please make separate orders for each recipient. Once you have paid once with your card the whole process is very quick. Just input their delivery address at checkout rather than your own!
Can I send a gift voucher as a gift?
You can very quickly and easily send a gift card to someone by email. Search for E-gift card and click the button to "SEND AS GIFT" They can then choose what they'd like at a later date.Can I click and collect?

I’m afraid we are on a private gated estate and not open to the public.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free if spending over £100 (after any coupons) or £5.95 if under
What is the shelf life?
All products vary in how many days they have, but anything ordered from the 1st of December onwards will have shelf life to at least Christmas Day. Most products will last beyond then, but some of the shorter shelf life products (pate and hot smoked salmon) may only be dated up to the 25th - Christmas day falls awkwardly for our process this year! All our products freeze very well if needed for a later date.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Due to the volume of orders we receive we are unable to accommodate delivery date requests. We only send parcels out to arrive Tuesday to Friday. DPD will leave the parcel in a safe place at your request, so a note on the door goes along way in helping this to happen effectively!
Can you send outside of the UK?
Not at this time, sorry!
Where do you deliver to?
Due to the time sensitive nature of the products we can only deliver to mainland UK as further distances can take too long to reach you and spoil en route
What if no-one is home when my smoked salmon arrives?
You will get a notification from DPD and a 1 hour time slot for delivery. You can request to have the parcel left with a neighbour or in a safe place. This is done at your own risk.
How do you keep it cold?
We use insulated wool packaging, tailored to the food industry with ice packs inside. Tested by us and the makers to last up to 48 hours, even in summer!
