A good lunch

Thick cut succulent smoked salmon with overtones of a Caribbean party. Really tasty, great for lunch on a hot sunny day.

At first I thought it's OK, but the more I ate the better it got.
I judged it hard at first, but in the end, I saw, this is some brilliant cuts of salmon!

With Eric I made roses from courgette ribbons and topped that with a Smidgen of potato salad. It looked very pretty. You can tell I had salad veg to use up and little gem lettuce came in useful as a vessel to shovel giltong whilst slurping orangey aperol.
Thr mojito was sublime.

I loved my boozy smoked salmon variety pack. It was something a bit different and very, very tasty. The pate was outstanding.

Can not fault the salmon that I bought for my dad on for father's day. It arrived on time and tasted so good.

After returning from Norway, where we sampled fantastic smoked salmon, I was inspired to find a better quality product in the UK. The Pished Fish did not disappoint. Fabulous flavour and thick slices of deliciousness. Here we are having a lovely breakfast whilst away in our motorhome in Sussex.

My favourite things on one plate, delicious smoked salmon with beetroot, smashed avacado and sourdough bread. Good things deserve the best salmon.

This was my second order and not only did it make me happy when it arrived but also my 19 year old cat Matilda. She loves the salmon as much as I do! Will definitely ordering again soon.

Got the starter pack for my bestie, she was super pleased, and it was a perfect gift including the bag you! I added on the birthday card option which she also loved!

The salmon was so delicious it only needed a glass of fizz to accompany it!

First, when did you borrow my dog for your balloon shoot? Normally we charge. He's quite in demand you know, being himself a proper little pisher.
Your journal was fascinating. I can see you swim in fragrant waters amongst some spicey whales of the pescataucracy.
I'm afraid that we used 2 thirds of our recent (first) order the day after it arrived. Daddy fish's family you understand. Greedy bottom feeders. So no fish flics.
However today with just him, me and the star of your ballon pic..invoice follows...I managed to create a few morsels and record them before they were demolished.
The pics show: sadwiches standing on Woosters Seedy batch, topped with mayo, garden leaves, perfect avocado, sweet, spicey cucumber and lashings of juniper infused salmon.
On the side is home made coleslaw - some muscat grapes and an avocado/chopped smoked frankfurter/ baby tomatos salad,
all lightly doused in a beautiful Turkish olive oil and a pomegranate vinegar dressing.
Our little sprat got his tail in a twist when there was nothing left for him to examine. (Apparently he was 'well looked after' when the ballon splash landed! )

Thick succulent slices of salmon with the subtle flavour of Thai spices & herbs.I highly recommend this.

We had the tikka masala and mango. Quite sweet but still had the smoked salmon coming through. Very tasty and not too chewy. The smoked salmon pate is a delight and goes with a range of breads and nibbled
