Sunday snacking

I’m absolutely in denial how good pished fish produce is and always get compliments from my friends when dining on such delicious delights.
The combination of salmon pate and gin and tonic salmon salad needs no further introduction.

This is genuinely the best smoked salmon I have ever had and I am a BIG smoked salmon lover. The thickness, the taste, the texture, it’s all absolutely incredible and I’m completely obsessed! I actually love the fact the booze taste is really delicate. The vodka & berry one is my favourite so far (highly recommend) and that salmon gilltong is such a game changer, I love it! The pâté is also amazing.
I’m not getting salmon from anywhere else - I will spend this money again and again because it is so worth it!

The smoked salmon pate is the best! Once it’s opened it doesn’t last long in our house. Makes bagel mornings extra special— photos don’t do it justice !

The old fashioned with whiskey and orange was definitely my favourite out of the taster pack, with mojito a close second. Amazing quality product I will certainly be ordering again

Pate & Gilltong. Amazing light lunch with bread, crisps & lashings of pate dip ❤️. Fabulous quality. Not stuffed with fillers & padding. Pure gorgeousness. Gilltong novel & chewy & full of flavour - definitely will have that again.
Also bought smoked salmon - cut thick & infused - Perfect brunch with sourdough & scrambled eggs ❤️ completely different & addictive.

Pate was fantastic really creamy with a hint of horseradish enjoyed it in toasted sourdough. The Gilltong I was a little dubious at first but it tasted fantastic and am converted had it sprinkled on top of scrambled egg will definitely be buying both again.

Variety is the spice of life. So much different infusions to choose from and so many ways to do it but starting the day with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon is Always a good

Very versatile, i put it on a high protein bagels, with chilly philly and Pesto mozzarella, it was bursting flavour, absolutely delicious
