Having already tried and been blown away by the taste of the salmon pate I'm not sure what I expected from this delicacy when I took a small piece to try but I wasn't expecting the explosion of flavours I experienced. It was absolutely delicious! I had some on my speciality crackers, shared some with my friend and had the rest In sweet potato wraps with crisp lettuce and cream cheese. 2 days of bliss and many more to savour over the next couple of weeks or share if i can bear to give any away.
So far, I'm delighted with great tasting fish.If I had to pick out a negative,it would be that the paté is a little short dated,both being 05/05/21.Otherwise all excellent.Will be ordering in the future!
