Bought on a whim, I purchased the 100g pack each of the Classic (Whisky & Maple Syrup) and the Augustus Gloop (Raspberry Vodka & Blueberries). The quality of the fish is just beautiful, thick cut with a nice firm texture. Both flavours were delicious (not too sweet, and complimenting the salmon). I'd absolutely recommend to others, especially the larger portions for entertaining.

We have just finished the most splendid smoked salmon lunch. The flavours were exquisite. It was, without question, the most delicious smoked salmon we have ever eaten.
We have brought small packs of this delicious salmon. It is not greasy and the taste of each is wonderful. We have given presents of monthly mail outs and sent half a side to my brother for his birthday in lock down. All were brilliantly received.
Beautiful fish, beautifully sliced, packaged and delivered. But didn't taste any differently than regular smoked salmon.
