"A recipe passed on to me by my old chum Sir Sean Coddery. He was always partial to a tumbler toppling with his favourite tipple - single malt Scotch whisky. I glaze the salmon in a hearty dram of the good stuff, lashings of maple syrup and a luxurious oak smoke. Sweet and refined is the order of the day here, just like Coddery himself." - P.F

Slightly disappointed
Hi Kate, so sorry to have disappointed, of course definitely not our aim. The Classic is probably our most like normal smoked salmon (other than the designated driver). I would suggest trying some of our more unusual creations like the Erik The Red or Augustus Gloop if you're after a different taste sensation. Cheers!
