How does it work?
- Choose your pack size at the top of this page. Add to cart and purchase. Once a month you (or lucky recipient of your choice) will receive a pack of our highly acclaimed, smoked salmon by post.
- We collect payment on the 1st of each month, like a direct debit. You need never panic about running out of smoked salmon again!
- A different flavour each month, either paired with the seasons or timed with a special celebration (think Guinness and tarragon for St Patrick's day!)
- Price includes mainland UK courier delivery
The small print:
On joining the club we will take your first payment straight away. Payments are then taken on the 1st of each month and you will receive a reminder email in advance to advise you of this. Subscription orders charge members on the day they sign up and automatically skip the next billing cycle to avoid double-charging which means that depending on the day of sign up you may not receive a delivery in month 2 (and of course won't be charged) but we will email you to advise you of this.
Whilst payment is taken on the 1st of the month, we may not send the salmon out until later on in the month to perhaps coincide with a special date so don't worry - we haven't forgotten about you!
We will email you at the start of the week that orders will be sent out. If this is not convenient (e.g. you are on holiday) then just reply and we will re-schedule for a more suitable date.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
We source our salmon through Billingsgate fish market. Our stipulations are that the salmon must be PGI status Scottish salmon and only from RSPCA or Label Rouge approved high welfare farms. The salmon must also be considered sushi grade for freshness.
The salmon is filleted and then slow cured in our unique blend of Dead Sea salt and demerara sugar. The slow cure firms up the fish and gives the salmon a more meaty texture. It is not greasy or slimy like some other smoked salmon.
We then smoke gently over complementary wood smokes. After smoking, the salmon is rested overnight before being sliced by hand in our little Sussex smokehouse. We choose to slice the salmon in thicker, vertical, more decadent slices. Once our customers have tried it this way they never go back!
Delivery is £4.95 or free when you spend £50. Your order will be packaged in recyclable, insulated packaging with an ice pack. DPD is our chosen courier and they will contact you with an hour window for delivery, although you do not need to be at home. We offer a full no quibble refund or replacement for any deliveries that do not arrive in perfect condition
Most orders are despatched in under 3 working days. If you are ordering a larger size (whole or half side) this can be up to 7 working days depending on where we are in our weekly production cycle. If you need this urgently, please contact us directly and we can advise of a lead time.
We charge £10 for delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Why is this? DPD are unable to reach you within our specified time period, so we need to use Royal Mail who are a lot dearer for a next day tracked parcel.

The best smoked salmon I’ve ever tasted xxx
My first order smoking club order was fabulous thick cut salmon with a mojito finish. Rum tones cut with zesty lime and refreshing mint - indeed an amazing cocktail on a plate!
