Smoked Salmon Poke Bowls

Smoked salmon poke bowls offer a delightful fusion of flavours and textures, originating from the traditional Hawaiian dish "poke" and incorporating the smoky goodness of salmon.

Erik The Red Poke Bowl

This refreshing and nutritious meal typically comprises a base of sushi rice or quinoa, topped with succulent smoked salmon, fresh vegetables like cucumber, avocado, and edamame, and a medley of vibrant toppings such as sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, and green onions.

The magic lies in the mouthwatering marinade, often featuring soy sauce, sesame oil, and a hint of citrus for that perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Easy to assemble and visually stunning, smoked salmon poke bowls make a deliciously healthy addition to any recipe repertoire.

One of our star recipe makers, Rose-Zita, has come up with this creation, worthy of any healthy al fresco summer dining.
